The questions on your store
Every store shows two fixed questions about delivery and refunds, and you can add up to 20 of your own in the editor's FAQ section.
Add your own questions
- Open Your page, then Edit page, then FAQ.
- Click Add question, and write the question and the answer.
- Click Publish changes.
You can add up to 20. A question can be up to 200 characters and an answer up to 1,200. A question left empty is dropped when you save. Change the title above them in Title, or leave it empty for no title.
Answers can use simple formatting, like **bold** for bold and - for lists.
The two you can't change
Every store starts with these two, marked with a lock. They can't be edited, moved or removed, so buyers always know how delivery and refunds work:
- How do I get my files? Right after payment you land on your order page, and we email you a private link you can come back to any time.
- Can I get a refund? Reach out from your order page and I'll sort it out.
They appear in your store's language. See the languages your store speaks.
A note on the refund question
That answer is in your voice, and it sends buyers to you. Refunds are your decision, not ours. Your support email is what buyers see on their order page, so keep it one you read. See your support email.
If you have specific terms, add a question of your own right below, like "What's your refund policy?". Write down what you really do. See write your refund policy. We can't tell you what the law asks of you here, as that depends on where you and your buyers are.
Good ideas for your own questions
- What exactly is in the product, and what isn't
- What software or version someone needs to use it
- What the licence allows, like personal or commercial use
- How updates work. See release a new version.
Clear answers here can save you emails later, and may help you lower your risk of disputes.
Where they show
Questions show under your products. If your store has projects, visitors see them in the shop view only.
