Buyer Terms
What you agree to when you buy, and how refunds and complaints work.
Who you buy from
Every store on Dockstall belongs to an independent creator. When you buy, you buy from that creator, who is the seller and is responsible for the product, its description, the price, taxes, refunds and support. The seller's name is shown at checkout and on your receipt, and your card statement shows their business name. Dockstall (Sabatino Matteo Lombari, VAT IT04911550616) provides the store, the checkout and the delivery on the seller's behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach Dockstall.
Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, including any VAT the seller has to charge. Discount codes are applied before payment.
Delivery
Products are digital. Right after payment you land on your order page, and we email you a private link to it. Files are downloaded from there; access links open the resource the seller shares with buyers. You don't need an account. If you lose the link, request a new one at dockstall.com/orders with the same email.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends when delivery starts, because at checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal. Without that confirmation the purchase can't be completed. This doesn't affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Refunds and problems
Write to the seller from your order page or by replying to your receipt. Sellers can refund in full or in part; a full refund ends access to the files. If a seller doesn't answer, or you think a store is fraudulent or illegal, tell us through Report or at privacy@dockstall.com.
Links
Products delivered as links are hidden until you buy, but a link can be shared and can't be revoked, so it is not protected like a file.
Use of what you buy
Unless the seller's licence says otherwise, a purchase is for your own use: don't resell or redistribute the files.
Law
Italian law applies, without taking away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your country.
