Privacy Policy

What we collect

Creators: account email, profile, storefront content, Stripe account identifiers, billing state.
Buyers: email address, order details, and download activity needed to deliver purchases. Card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Visitors: aggregate storefront analytics using a daily-rotating hash of IP and browser — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Why

To run the service, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations (e.g. keeping financial records).

Processors

Supabase (database & auth, EU region), Cloudflare (hosting & file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email).

Your rights

Access, export, correction and deletion (subject to records we must keep by law). Creators can export their data from Settings. Email privacy@dockstall.com.
