Show your projects on your store

Projects are for things you've made that live somewhere else. They aren't for sale here. To sell something, add a product.

Add a project

1. Open Your page, then Edit page, then Projects.
2. Click Add project.
3. Paste its link, if it has one. We read the site and fill in what we can. If nothing appears, use Fill in from the site to try again, or write it yourself.
4. Fill in or correct the name (required, up to 60 characters) and one line about it (up to 140).
5. Set the Status: None, Live, In progress or Paused.
6. Add an icon or Colour if you like, then click Done.
7. Click Publish changes.

You can add up to 24. Drag them by the handle to change their order.

A project without a link shows as a plain card. A project without a name can't be saved, and neither can the changes around it, until you name it or remove it.

Effects on hover

Once a project has a link, you can set Animation on hover (None, Lift, Grow or Tilt) and Colour on hover. Nothing happens on hover unless you choose it.

How the view works

• With products and projects, visitors get a switch at the top of your store.
• With projects only, your store shows your projects, with no switch.
• Shape of the cards can be Rectangle or Pill, for all of them.
• Name on the switch changes the word "Projects", up to 24 characters.
• Your store opens on chooses Shop or Projects.

The view you don't open on has its own address, so you can link straight to it: add /shop or /projects after your store address.

Your questions only show in the shop view.

Hide them for now

Switch off Show on your store to keep your projects saved without visitors seeing them. This also needs Publish changes.

Good to know

Project links open in a new tab. Nothing about a project is sold or delivered through Dockstall.
