Terms of Service

What Dockstall is

Dockstall provides creators with storefronts, a checkout powered by Stripe, and secure delivery of digital products. Creators are the sellers and merchants of record for what they sell. Dockstall is not a party to the sale and does not hold funds.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe, and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Fees

Creators choose a plan: Free (no monthly fee, 5% per sale) or Pro (€9 per month, 1% per sale). The fee in force when each checkout starts applies to that order. Stripe charges its own processing fees on the creator's Stripe account.

Acceptable use

No illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; no malware; no money transfers, loans, gambling or other restricted businesses. See the Seller Rules.

Suspension

We may suspend storefronts that break these terms, with a reason, and log every such action.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dockstall is provided "as is".
