Arrange your layout on phones and computers

In the editor's Products section, pick how products sit on phones and on desktop, and move them into the order you want.

Choose how products sit

  1. Open Your page, then Edit page, then the Products section.
  2. Next to On phones, choose 1 column or 2 columns.
  3. Next to On desktop, choose Grid or Carousel. A grid keeps every product in view, three to a row. A carousel is one row that scrolls, so the page stays short.
  4. Use Mobile and Desktop in the editor to see each one.
  5. Click Publish changes.

Put products in order

In the Products section, use the up and down arrows next to a product. The order is the same on phones and computers.

You can also change the title above your products in Section title. Leave it empty if you don't want one.

Order, hide and remove are different from the rest of the editor: they apply to your live store right away, with no need to publish.

Hide or remove a product

  • The eye icon hides a product from your store.
  • The cross removes it from your store. It moves down to Add from your catalog, where one click brings it back.

Neither one deletes the product, but both take it off sale. A buyer holding its link can't complete a checkout. To change a product's state properly, see draft, online, hidden and archived.

A product marked Draft in this list is placed but invisible. Publish it from its own page to show it.

What you can't move

Every store has the same structure, from top to bottom: banner, header with your name and links, products, questions, footer. You can't reorder these sections or add new ones, and there is no custom code.

You can add a second view with your projects, with a switch at the top for visitors.

Good to know

Most people will likely open your store on a phone, so check Mobile first. If you want something bigger to change, try another style or banner and footer.
