Help center / I bought something
It isn't what was advertised
Write to the seller with exactly what's different, ask for a fix or a refund, and use the Report page if they don't answer or the listing looks misleading.
The seller is responsible for what they sell and how they describe it, so they're the first person to go to.
What to do
- Compare what you got with the product page. Take a screenshot of the description while you can, since the seller can change it.
- Check your order page for everything you bought. If the seller released more than one version, each one is listed.
- Write to the seller. Include your order number, what the page promised and what you actually received.
- Say what you'd like: a corrected file, an explanation or a refund.
Sometimes it's just the wrong version or a missing file, and the seller can fix it quickly.
Who decides
The seller decides refunds. Dockstall runs the store's software and isn't a party to the sale, so we can't rule on whether a product matches its description or refund you ourselves.
The Buyer Terms say that giving up your 14-day withdrawal right on digital content doesn't affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described. What that means for your purchase depends on the law where you live, and we can't give legal advice.
If the seller doesn't answer, or refuses
See the seller isn't answering. The next step is the Report page.
If you think the listing is misleading, report it even if the seller replied. Our Seller Rules require sellers to describe products honestly, and they ban misleading claims. In your report, say what the page promised, what you got and include your order number.
A person reviews every report. If a store breaks the rules, we may remove content or unpublish products. We can't promise a particular result, and a report doesn't decide your refund.
If the problem is the file itself
If it won't download or open, see my download won't start first.
