Help center / I bought something
My download won't start or the file won't open
Get a fresh link from dockstall.com/orders and try again, and if the file itself is the problem, write to the seller.
Try this first
- Go to dockstall.com/orders and enter the email you used at checkout.
- Open the new link we email you.
- On your order page, select Download again.
If it's a large file, try on a steady connection, or on a computer rather than a phone.
If you see a message
- "Not found". This browser no longer has access to the order. The steps above fix it.
- "This link has expired". Select Get a new link.
- "Too many requests. Please wait a minute and try again." There's a limit of 60 downloads an hour for each purchase. Wait a little and try again.
- "File temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly." Try again shortly. If it keeps happening, tell the seller.
- "Being reviewed" instead of a button. This file is held for a manual check and can't be downloaded yet. We can't give you a time, so ask the seller for an update.
- "The seller hasn't attached files yet". The seller still has to add them. Write to them.
- "Access ended". The purchase was refunded or the payment was reversed.
If the file won't open
We deliver the file exactly as the seller uploaded it.
- Check what kind of file it is, and whether you need a particular app. The product page or the seller's notes may say.
- If it's a
.zip, unzip it first. - Download it again, in case the first download was cut short.
Still no luck? Contact the seller. They know their file, and they can help or send a fix. Tell them the file name, your device and the exact error.
If an access link doesn't work
Open link takes you to whatever the seller shared, on another site. If that page is down or asks for something you don't have, the seller is the one to ask.
A word on safety
Dockstall doesn't run a virus scan on files. Only open files from sellers you trust, and be careful with programs. If you think a file is harmful, use the Report page.
If it still doesn't work
Write to the seller and ask them to fix it or refund you. If they don't answer, see the seller isn't answering.
