Help center / I bought something
Contact the seller
The seller's email address is on your order page, and replying to your order email reaches them too.
Every store on Dockstall belongs to an independent seller. They're the ones who can help with what you bought.
How to reach them
Either of these works:
- From your order page. Scroll to Receipt. Next to Need help? you'll find the seller's email address. Can't get to your order? See find your purchase.
- From your order email. Reply to the email with your order link or receipt. Your reply goes to the seller's support address, not to Dockstall.
If you're paying through a payment link, the seller's address is on that page, next to Questions about the work? Contact.
Replying to the email titled "Your Dockstall order links" doesn't reach the seller. Use the address on your order page instead.
What to write
- Your order number, which looks like
#123 - What you bought
- The email you used at checkout, if you're writing from another one
- What happened, and what you'd like them to do
- A screenshot or the exact error, if there is one
Don't send your card details or your private order link. The seller doesn't need them.
What they can do
The seller can see your order, answer questions about the product and refund you in full or in part. Refunds are their decision. See ask for a refund.
If you don't hear back
Check your spam folder first. Then see the seller isn't answering, which explains what to do next.
