I didn't get my confirmation email

Your purchase doesn't depend on that email. You can usually reach it without one.

What to do

1. Check your spam and promotions folders. Look for an email from hello@dockstall.com, with the seller's name in the subject.
2. Go to dockstall.com/orders. If you're on the device you paid on, your order may already be listed.
3. If it isn't, enter your email under Find a purchase and select Email me a link. Check your spam folder for this one too.
4. Try any other email address you might have used.

For your privacy, the page says the same thing whether or not we found a purchase. You can ask up to 3 times an hour for one address.

If you've just paid

Some payment methods take longer to confirm. You may see Confirming your payment…, and it's safe to close that page. Your order and email follow once the payment is confirmed.

If you typed the wrong email

Your purchase is delivered to the address you typed on the checkout page, so the email went there.

• If you're still on the same device and browser, try dockstall.com/orders. Your order may be there.
• Otherwise, write to the seller with the amount, the date and the address you meant to use. The seller can't change the email on an order or resend it from Dockstall, but they can look up your order and refund it, so you can buy again. That's their decision.

If you were charged and can't find an order

1. Check that the charge is what you think it is. See I don't recognise this charge.
2. Write to the seller with the date, the amount and what you bought.
3. If they don't answer, see the seller isn't answering.
