Buying without an account

You don't need one. At checkout you enter your email, and your purchase is delivered there. Afterwards you reach it in any of these ways:

• Your order page, which opens right after you pay
• The private link in your order email, which lasts 7 days
• A new link from dockstall.com/orders, which lasts 1 hour, any time you need one

Creating an account

It's optional. It's useful if you'd rather not ask for a link each time.

1. Go to create an account.
2. Use Continue with Google, or enter your Email and a Password of at least 10 characters, type it again in Confirm password, then select Create account.
3. If you used email, open the confirmation link we send you.

Use the same email you used at checkout.

How past orders get added

Orders made with your email are added to your account once that email is verified. You don't have to do anything else. They appear under My purchases at dockstall.com/orders. If you also sell on Dockstall, My purchases is in the account menu at the bottom of your dashboard's sidebar.

Only orders with exactly that address are added. If you bought with a different email, you can't merge it into your account. Use Find that purchase, under your purchases, with that address instead.

Signing in later

Sign in on the sign-in page, then go to dockstall.com/orders. If you end up on a page asking you to set up a store, you can ignore it. You don't need a store to buy. Just go to your purchases.

What an account doesn't change

You still buy from the store's seller. Refunds and questions about the product still go to them. See contact the seller.
