Help center / I bought something
Find your purchase and download it again
Open the link in your order email, or go to dockstall.com/orders and enter the email you used at checkout to get a new link.
You don't need an account. The store you bought from runs on Dockstall, which is why our name is on your emails.
If you have the email
- Search your inbox for "Your purchase from" or "Your download from", or for an email from
hello@dockstall.com. For a payment link, search for "Payment received by". - Select Open my order, or View receipt.
That link lasts 7 days. An old one takes you to a page where you can ask for a new one.
If you've lost it, or it has expired
- Go to dockstall.com/orders.
- Under Find a purchase, enter the email you used at checkout. If purchases are already listed, select Find that purchase first.
- Select Email me a link.
- In the email, select Open my orders. This link lasts 1 hour and covers every order made with that address.
For your privacy, the page shows the same message whether or not we found a purchase. If nothing arrives, see I didn't get my confirmation email.
Download what you bought
Your order page lists everything you bought. Select Download for files, or Open link for an access link. If the seller released newer versions, the top one is marked Latest.
Buttons may appear in the store's language.
Coming back later
The device you opened your order on remembers it for 30 days. After that, or on another device, ask for a new link the same way. "No purchases on this device yet" only means this browser doesn't know about them. Your purchases are still there.
You can create an account if you'd like them all in one place.
Common problems
- The order page says "Not found". This browser no longer has access. Ask for a new link at dockstall.com/orders.
- It says "Access ended". The purchase was refunded or the payment was reversed. If you think that's wrong, contact the seller.
- The download won't work. See my download won't start.
