What buyers paid, less refunds. Makers choose whether their amount is shown; ties go to whoever joined first.

Ask for a refund

Write to the seller from your order page or by replying to your order email, because refunds are the seller's decision.

The seller is the person to ask. You bought from them, and the money went to their own Stripe account. Dockstall runs the store's software, so we can't issue a refund or decide one.

How to ask

  1. Open your order. If you can't find it, see find your purchase.
  2. Under Receipt, look for Need help? and the seller's email address. You can also reply to your order email, which goes to the same address.
  3. Tell them your order number, what went wrong and whether you'd like a full or part refund.

Be specific and keep it friendly. Most problems are easier to sort out when the seller can see exactly what happened.

What happens if they agree

  • The seller can refund all or part of what you paid. It goes back to your original payment method.
  • How long it takes to appear depends on Stripe and your bank.
  • Check your order page. It shows Refunded or Part refund. You may not get a separate email about it.
  • A full refund ends your access to the files and link. A part refund keeps it.

Your right to withdraw

The Buyer Terms say EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends when delivery starts, and you confirmed this at checkout. This doesn't affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

You can still ask the seller for a refund. If you paid through a payment link for agreed work, that's between you and the seller.

We can't give you legal advice about your own case.
