Export your data
In Settings, Export my data downloads your account, products, orders, payment links, coupons and messages as one JSON file.
Download your export
- Open Settings.
- Go to Your data.
- Select Export my data.
A file called dockstall-export- plus your store name downloads straight away.
What's in it
- Your account details
- Your products
- Your orders, including buyer email addresses
- Your payment links
- Your coupons
- The messages you've sent us
What isn't in it
- Your product files, images and covers. Keep your own copies.
- Your store's design, drafts and published versions
- Product options and versions
- Analytics
- Your custom domain and plan details
- Payments and payouts. Those are in your Stripe dashboard.
The format
It's a JSON file, which is plain structured text. It isn't a spreadsheet, and Dockstall has no CSV export. A developer, or a tool that converts JSON, can turn it into a table.
Using your buyers' emails
You're responsible for how you use them. The Terms say to use them only to deliver, support and account for that sale, and as the law allows. Don't add buyers to marketing lists without their consent.
Need something the export leaves out?
Under the Privacy Policy you can ask for access to your data and for a portable copy. Write to privacy@dockstall.com.
