How do I export my sales?
Press Export sales in Orders or Invoices, choose a period and a format, and download a CSV with one line per sale and per refund.
- Open Orders or Invoices.
- Press Export sales.
- Choose the period: this month, last month, this year or your own dates.
- Choose the format and press Download CSV.
Which format
- Excel opens straight in Excel, with semicolons and decimal commas and headings in your language.
- Automation is a standard CSV with fixed English headings, for scripts and invoicing software.
What's in the file
One line per sale and one per refund, so a month's lines add up even when a refund comes later. Each line has the date, order number, product, buyer's name, email and country, amounts, VAT, Dockstall's fee, Stripe's fee and the Stripe reference. If the buyer asked for an invoice, their invoice details are there too. Free orders aren't included.
Good to know
- Dates are in UTC, so a sale close to midnight can fall on a different day from your own.
- Orders from before 4 November 2026 have no buyer name or country.
- VAT is empty when it wasn't calculated: Dockstall doesn't work out VAT on your sales.
- Stripe's fee can be empty for a few minutes after a sale.
- Refund lines leave the fees empty, because they don't say whether a fee came back. Check that in Stripe.
Using buyers' data
The file has personal data, so keep it safe. Our terms allow you to use it only to deliver, support and account for that sale and as the law allows. Don't add buyers to marketing lists without their consent.
Your taxes and your own records are your responsibility: ask your accountant what you need.
