Help center / Coupons and analytics

Read your store analytics

Analytics shows your revenue from orders and your visits, so you can see where people come from and where they drop off. Choose 7, 30 or 90 days at the top.

Open Analytics and pick 7d, 30d or 90d. Days follow UTC.

The four numbers at the top

  • Revenue: what buyers paid minus refunds, with gross and refunded shown below. No fees are taken off.
  • Orders: paid and free, counted separately.
  • Unique visits: people per day. Someone who returns on three days counts three times.
  • Conversion (est.): purchases divided by visits, shown after 20 visits. Payment link orders aren't included. Treat it as an estimate.

The cards below

  • Revenue per day and Visits per day: the same numbers over time. A refund lowers the day of the original order.
  • From visit to sale: Visited, Saw a product, Started checkout, Bought. Each step counts people per day, so a sale made days after a visit can make the last step look large.
  • Where visitors come from: the first place a visitor arrived from that day. A sale counts towards it only if the same visitor bought the same day. TikTok and Instagram often don't say where a visit came from, so those land in "Direct or unknown". Campaign links fix that.
  • Product pages: views and orders per product.
  • Campaigns: the links you tagged.
  • Devices and Countries: phone, tablet or computer, and where visitors are.
  • Best sellers: products by revenue.
  • Your page or payment links: which of the two your sales came through.
  • Coupons: see how a coupon is doing.
  • Platform fees paid: Dockstall's fees on orders in the period. This is the fee charged at purchase, and it doesn't go down when a refund returns the fee.

What gets counted

Visits are counted without cookies. We use a hash that changes daily, so we can't follow anyone from one day to the next. Bots, prefetches and your own views while signed in are left out. Someone who switches device or network may count twice.

What isn't here

  • Stripe's fees. They aren't estimated. See them on your Stripe dashboard.
  • Your payouts. Those are in Stripe too. See why the numbers differ.
  • An export. There's no download of analytics data.
