The leaderboard

Change your choices

1. Open Leaderboard in the dashboard.
2. Under Your choices, set the two switches:

• Be on the leaderboard: your store's name, picture and link, and your position. Off, and your store doesn't appear at all.
• Show my sales amount: off by default.

1. Press Save.

What people can see

With the amount hidden, your position still shows. Anyone can tell you sold at least as much as the store right below you. If that matters to you, turn off Be on the leaderboard.

Under Your place you can see your rank this month and of all time. It says "Not in the top 50 yet" if you aren't on the list. See the leaderboard opens the public page on dockstall.com.

How it's worked out

• It ranks by what buyers paid, less refunds. Fees aren't taken off.
• All your paid sales count, payment links included. Free orders add nothing.
• A lost dispute counts as zero.
• "This month" is the calendar month in Italy, where Dockstall is based.
• Ties go to whoever joined first, so a store with no sales can still appear when there is room.

Who isn't on it

• Stores that aren't published, and suspended accounts
• Stores that didn't choose to be on it, or turned off Be on the leaderboard
• Test or staging accounts. The page tells you if yours is one: "This store isn't counted"

Good to know

The leaderboard isn't a marketplace, and a place on it doesn't promise you any visitors. See does Dockstall bring me customers?
