Where the money goes

• The monthly €9 is paid by card on Stripe's page, and you start it from Plan & fees in Dockstall. Prices are shown without VAT where VAT applies.
• Our fee is collected by Stripe on each paid order and comes out of the sale. It is worked out on what the buyer actually paid. A free order has no fee.
• Stripe's own processing fee is separate and the same on either plan. Stripe charges it on your Stripe account. We show it and never mark it up. Standard EEA cards are around 1.5% + €0.25 as an example. Other cards and methods cost more, and your Stripe dashboard shows the real amount.

Which plan an order pays

Each order keeps the rate in force when its checkout started. Changing plan never touches past orders.

Deals

Sometimes Dockstall gives a store Pro or a lower fee for a while. If you have one, Plan & fees shows it and when it ends. After that, your plan's own terms come back.
